Return Policy

Return Eligibility
Returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To be considered for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in original condition, and returned with original tags and packaging when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • discounted or sale items
  • items marked final sale
  • worn or washed items
  • items returned in damaged or altered condition
  • select accessories or specialty items where noted

How to Start a Return
To request a return, contact support@704threads.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, further instructions will be provided.

Return Shipping
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact support@704threads.com as soon as possible after delivery. Please include your order number and any relevant photos so we can review the issue.

Refunds
Approved returns will be processed after the item is received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges
At this time, exchanges may not be guaranteed. If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll let you know what options are available.

Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
